The Colorado Restaurant Association (CRA) is thrilled to share the lineup of the inaugural Michelin Guide Colorado, which was announced last night at the Mission Ballroom in Denver.
This first year of the Guide includes five One-Star restaurants, four Green-Star restaurants, 9 Bib Gourmands, and 30 Recommended restaurants, for a total of 44 Colorado establishments spanning 15 types of cuisine across Denver, Boulder, Aspen, Vail, and Beaver Creek Resort.
“We’re delighted that the first Michelin Guide Colorado is finally here! The restaurants included in the 2023 Guide are perfect examples of the culinary excellence of our state’s dining scene and we couldn’t be prouder,” said Sonia Riggs, president and CEO of the CRA. “In particular, the fact that Colorado restaurants earned four Michelin Green Stars for sustainable leadership — there are only 17 other Green-Star restaurants in North America — is a testament to the incredible commitment our industry has for local ingredients and the highest possible culinary standards.”
