Governor Polis Extends Last Call Order, Ties Last Call Time to Opening Level September 25,2020
Governor Jared Polis has extended the “Last Call” Executive Order with an amendment. The amended order ties a county's Last Call time to the new dial indicating the phase or reopening for that county. These new rules take effect tonight, September 21, at 10 p.m. Today, CDPHE posted the amended Public Health Order updating the allowances for restaurants for their “level” of reopening. We continue to push the administration for increased capacities in restaurants as we have heard from our members that the current capacity limits are not sustainable. As things develop we will continue to provide you with information we receive from all of the state departments and municipalities we are working with.
- Protect our Neighbors – County has the ability to determine an appropriate Last Call time no later than 2 a.m.
- Safer at Home Level 1 – Last Call is midnight
- Safer at Home Level 2 – Last Call is 11p.m.
- Safer at Home Level 3 – Last Call is 10 p.m.
