We received updated clarification from the Governor’s office that they are now allowing traditional bars to open statewide at a 25% capacity or 50 people maximum, whichever is less – with no additional foodservice requirements than what your liquor license already requires. Games such as pool, shuffleboard, bowling and more are still not allowed. Bars that can offer meals (either by their own kitchen or by partnering with a food truck or full-service restaurant or caterer) may open at a 50% capacity or 50 people indoors, whichever is less. Social distancing and seating requirements remain in effect for all bars and restaurants as outlined by the state Safer at Home guidance. All outdoor service for bars is determined by local authorities.
