Colorado ProStart® Student Invitational 2025

The annual Colorado ProStart® Student Invitational showcases dozens of Colorado ProStart® students from more than 20 Colorado high schools who demonstrate a mastery of culinary and academic skills. Teams compete for scholarships and other prizes through a Culinary Competition and Hospitality Management Competition. The winning teams represent Colorado at the National ProStart® Invitational event in May, with the opportunity to win even more scholarships.

There will be a career fair and Student Management competition on March 4 from 12 – 4:30 p.m.

Culinary Competitions, live demos, the Champion Dinner, awards ceremony, and student celebration dance party will take place on March 5 from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
