Educational Presentations: Restaurant Employee Professional Development Opportunities
ServSuccess is a comprehensive program designed to empower professionals and businesses within the hospitality and service industry. ServSuccess trains your team through skills development, industry certification, and business enhancement. The online learning tools include developing team members in all areas of foodservice roles with interactive training for developing hospitality professionals and leaders. The Colorado Restaurant Foundation’s competency-based Apprenticeship Programs are designed for people of all ages committed to careers in the restaurant industry who are looking to build their skill set while earning money. All tracks are available to individuals 17 or over applying for a first-time position, or to any of your current employees who show potential. Currently, we are offering financial incentives of up to $10K to Apprenticeship employers to assist with the expenses of developing and expanding apprenticeship programs at their businesses.
