Curso de ServSafe y Examen de Certificacion Para Gerentes en ESPAÑOL // SPANISH CRA ServSafe Food Manager Certification Course and Test

La Asociacion de Restaurantes de Colorado entrega el entrenamiento de ServSafe para manejadores en la industria de alimentos. ServSafe es un programa de la Fundacion de la Asociacion Educacional Nacional de Restaurantes.

El curso de certificacion de proteccion de alimentos para manejadores es un curso complete que cubre los conceptos basicos sobre seguridad de alimentos. Este programa tiene un examen de certificacion, el pasar este examen es valido en 95% de los Estados Unidos con un requerimiento de entrenamineto.

El curso de Proteccion de alimentos de ServSafe incluye:

  • Ensena los conceptos basicos de seguridad de alimentos
  • Ayuda a los gerentes y empleados a protegerse contra brotes de emfermedades transmitidas por alimentos
  • Ayuda a reducir los riesgos de responsabilidad
  • Ayuda a minimizer los costos de aseguranza
  • Permite a los participantes demostrar un compromise con la seguridad alimentaria
  • Califica candidatos certificados  a participar en el Consejo de Seguridad Alimentaria Internacional

The Colorado Restaurant Association delivers ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification training to Colorado’s restaurant and foodservice industry. ServSafe® is a program of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.

The Food Protection Manager Certification course is a one-day immersion course that covers basic food safety concepts. This program has a certification exam; passage of the exam is acceptable in 95% of U.S. jurisdictions with a training requirement.

ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification includes:

  • Teaches managers basic food safety concepts
  • Helps managers and employees protect against outbreaks of foodborne illness
  • Helps reduce liability risks
  • Helps minimize insurance costs
  • Enables participants to demonstrate a commitment to food safety
  • Qualifies certified candidates to participate in the International Food Safety Council
