Denver Restaurant Roundtable with City Liaisons Dana Query and Adam Schlegel
As stewards of the VisitDenver and City of Denver’s Restaurant Liaison Project, Dana Query and Adam Schlegel are inviting 50 CRA member restaurants with Denver locations to participate in a roundtable listening session, to hear directly from Denver’s restaurant community.
These conversations bring together owners to discuss challenges around permitting, inspections, labor, safety, and more. The goal of the project is to understand and document the biggest challenges Denver restaurants face, build stronger partnerships with city government, and support the City in shaping practical solutions to improve the experience of owning and operating a restaurant in Denver.
This is an important opportunity to share your experiences and feedback.
Note: All feedback and data in the final report that stems from this meeting will be aggregated and anonymous.
Rules: There are only 50 spots available for this virtual roundtable. It will last for one hour and is intended for owners or senior-level operators working as owners. This is for restaurants located within the city limits of Denver only. This meeting is curated to be a safe space where we as a community can share openly with each other; media is strictly prohibited. Only those with approved registration will be allowed into the virtual waiting room.
