With tipped and minimum wage increases on the horizon, some owners are considering new wage models. Hear from leaders at Abrusci’s Food & Vine, Big Red F Restaurant Group, and Frasca Food and Wine who have successfully implemented unconventional wage models into their restaurants, and have had positive responses to the shift from their teams. Wage models will include details on a no-tipping model, forgoing the tip credit and pooling tips, a points based salary/tipping pool, and additional employee incentives.
