Pars for Bars Golf Tournament

In the Weeds and the Colorado Restaurant Association Durango Chapter cordially invite you to our very first annual Pars for Bars Golf Tournament! Both organizations support the staff, employers, and owners of Colorado restaurants and hotels. Your help sustains these organizations and their programs. There will be live music and a variety of local restaurants providing hors d’oeuvres and beverages.
When: Saturday, June 10 // noon to 6 p.m., with awards ceremony at 5 p.m.
Where: Hillcrest Golf Club, 2300 Rim Drive, Durango
Tickets: $600 per foursome // $75 for Awards Ceremony only (and plus-ones)
Tickets are available for teams of four and include: green fees, cart, driving range, four drink tickets per person, access to the Awards Ceremony, and hors d’oeurves at the Awards Ceremony. Once drink tickets are used, participants can purchase beverages through Hillcrest Golf Club (there will also be beer carts!).
- First Place: $1,000
- Second Place: $500
- Third Place: $250
- Other prizes will be awarded for longest drive, longest putt, and closed to the pin. Mulligan bags will be available for purchase at sign-in.
Awards Ceremony Only and Plus-Ones: Interested in just enjoying food and drinks, or having a plus-one ticket? Purchase tickets to the Awards Ceremony and enjoy delectables from some of Durango’s top restaurants and bars. Tickets include: hors d’oeuvres, two drink tickets per person, and an amazing time! We encourage you to come and celebrate with the participants and taste some of Durango’s amazing restaurants!
In the Weeds is a newly formed 501(c)3 nonprofit since April of 2020. In the Weeds has provided numerous alternative forms of support to the staff of restaurants, hotels, and bars in Durango. Our vision is to create a safe and comfortable space to openly discuss any and all topics for individuals in the industry, while also connecting them to the tools they need to thrive The mission of In the Weeds is to provide support to Hospitality Staff and create a sustainable workforce in the community.
