Webinar: “Fight Climate Change at Your Restaurant with Zero Foodprint”

Calling all restaurant operators searching for a simple way to combat climate change, support Colorado farmers and ranchers, and let your customers know that you are making a difference! It’s time you met the CRA’s new community partner, Zero Foodprint, an award-winning nonprofit organization leading collaboration between state agencies, regional governments, farm conservation groups, and culinary businesses – like yours! — to scale agricultural climate solutions.
Since 2021, Zero Foodprint has been working with the Colorado Department of Agriculture, the Alliance Center, MAD Agriculture, Boulder County, and more than 30 of your fellow CRA restaurant members to advance regenerative agriculture in Colorado. Together, through the Restore Colorado program, they have funded climate-beneficial projects on 11 Centennial State farms, with a goal of raising $5 million per year by 2025, which will be reinvested in Colorado food production.
Join us as we hear from Zero Foodprint’s executive director and chef Anthony Myint, director of programs Tiffany Nurrenbern, and award-winning Grand Junction chef and Zero Foodprint member and supporter Josh Niernberg (Bin 707 Foodbar, Taco Party), who will speak to what it means and how simple it is to become a Zero Foodprint restaurant member.
