The CRA’s Women in Hospitality allied group offers networking, professional development, community support, and more for women working in Colorado’s dynamic hospitality industry! 

 

The Women in Hospitality group brings together female leaders from all areas of hospitality and beyond — restaurants, hotels, catering, sales, real estate, tourism, PR, and other related industries.

Our mission is to foster education, mentorship, and meaningful connections, inspiring all industry women in Colorado, from those just starting their careers to those thriving in leadership and entrepreneurial roles.

Whether you attend our quarterly in-person meetings, virtual sessions, or our one-day summit (coming September 29, 2026!), you’ll have the opportunity to learn from and connect with dynamic industry leaders and peers. The goal is to empower and connect the women of Colorado’s incredible dining scene so we’re all ready to take on the world with renewed confidence and unity.
