 Big things are happening at the Colorado Restaurant Show! Learn all about what you’ll experience in the classrooms and on the show floor. Remember, Colorado’s Food Code changes go into effect January 1 and all restaurants outside of Denver will be required to have one person trained in food safety at a management level. ServSafe Manager classes qualify for this requirement.

Also, Adam Stapen, a liquor law attorney with Dill & Dill will be on hand on the Expo Floor to answer any questions you have.
  • FOR HR MANAGERS: Learn how to increase overall satisfaction and reduce company turnover at the ‘Proven Strategies to Reduce Turnover’ session, and at our practical HR Practices’ session you’ll spend time with an HR director and a labor attorney who will discuss how to navigate Colorado’s labor laws with practical solutions in your own restaurant. Additionally, Todd Fredrickson, a Labor Law Attorney will be on hand on the expo floor to answer your HR legal questions at no cost.
