DESCRIPTION:The annual Colorado ProStart® Student Invitational showcases dozens of Colorado ProStart® students from more than 20 Colorado high schools who demonstrate a mastery of culinary and academic skills. Teams compete for scholarships and other prizes through a Culinary Competition and Hospitality Management Competition.
