The CRA celebrates and supports the Colorado restaurant industry through its events and educational programming, in partnership with the Colorado Restaurant Foundation (CRF).
CRA/F events, including Drink Red Wear Red, the Denver Food + Wine Festival, and the HOSPYS, connect the public, celebrate restaurants, and raise funds for hospitality employees and the advocacy we do on restaurants’ behalf.
Our training and educational programming – from operational webinars and ServSafe® classes to Colorado ProStart® and apprenticeship – help transform knowledge into action, keeping Colorado restaurants compliant and staffed with the best in the industry.
