Colorado ProStart® Student Invitational

The annual Colorado ProStart® Student Invitational showcases dozens of Colorado ProStart® students from more than 20 Colorado high schools who demonstrate a mastery of culinary and academic skills. Teams compete for scholarships and other prizes through a Culinary Competition and Hospitality Management Competition. The winning teams represent Colorado at the National ProStart® Invitational event in May, with the opportunity to win even more scholarships.
The competitions run from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with an awards ceremony following.
