Labor-law: What Colorado Restaurants Need to Know – Updates and 2024 changes presented by Melisa H. Panagakos, Attorney at Law with Jackson Lewis P.C.

This discussion will focus on new federal and state laws impacting the restaurant industry, including the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act; tip credits, tip pools, and the 80/20 rule; requirements of the amended Colorado Pay Transparency Statute, and what trends we have been seeing with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s  focus on the restaurant industry.
