• 4 – 4:45 p.m.: Jim Hargrove, restaurant business consultant for Shamrock Foods, will present on three topics, with time for Q & A after each topic. The topics are:
  • The Law of Thirds: Creating a more productive team by focusing the right energy on the right cohort.
  • The Unwritten Contract: Understanding and respecting the relationship between the guest and the restaurant.
  • Competing with Hospitality: Teaching hospitality to today’s worker to create a better customer and employee culture.
• 4:50 – 5 p.m.: Rich Schneider of Raquelitas Tortillas will talk about the CRA Chef Alliance.
• 5 p.m.: CRA and Chapter business, followed by apps and a cash bar.
