Pikes Peak Chapter Meeting

Please join us for a meeting of the CRA Pikes Peak Chapter. We will be joined by Richard Weil of National Restaurant Consultants to give a presentation on two of his most in-demand topics: managing food and labor costs.

    5. Product Mix and how to effectively manage this through your menu and staff

Richard will teach you how to simply look at theoretical costs without building the huge mouse trap/menu engineering.

  • Compliance and definitions for compliance with managers, supervisors and key holders
  • Compliance on side work
  • Scheduling on the quarter hour
  • Zero labor budgeting and labor scheduler  and what makes the most sense for your operation
