Colorado ProStart® Student Invitational Champions Dinner

On the eve of the Colorado ProStart® Student Invitational (CPSI), the Champions Dinner honors and celebrates all of the competitors participating in the CPSI culinary and management competitions. Join the Colorado Restaurant Foundation, Colorado ProStart® students, teachers, and their parents, and guests from the Colorado Legislature, for a mocktail reception, keynote speech from chef Tajahi Cooke of Ms. Betty’s Cooking, and a dinner prepared by the culinary staff at Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center.
