Webinar: Colorado’s New Extended Producer Responsibility Law & Recycling: What Restaurants Need to Know

In 2022, the Colorado General Assembly passed an extended producer responsibility (EPR) law to fund a statewide recycling system. Producers of consumer products, food packaging, and paper goods meeting certain criteria will pay into and run the recycling system to provide recycling services across the state – and restaurants will be impacted!
