CRA Women in Hospitality May Meeting

Join us for the next CRA Women in Hospitality event of 2025! We’re bringing together women across Colorado’s restaurant and hospitality community to connect, learn, and grow—with plenty of inspiration and a little celebration, too. 

We’ll kick things off with The Art of Feedback, an interactive workshop led by Nicole Mattson, hospitality leader and co-owner of Nocturne. Drawing from more than a decade of experience building successful teams and workplace culture, Nicole will guide us through giving and receiving feedback with intention—even when it’s tough. We’ll explore how to prep for feedback conversations, what makes feedback truly effective, and how to receive it with grace. Whether you’re coaching a team, managing up, or navigating tough conversations, you’ll leave with actionable strategies in the art of feedback. 

Afterward, we’ll practice giving and receiving feedback during a networking reception with live music, light bites, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and a great crowd of women who get it. 

This event is free for female CRA members; if you’re not a member (or don’t work for one), you may attend one CRA Women in Hospitality meeting per year to learn more. WIH dues for non-member restaurant pros are $100/yr.
