A media interview at Ace Eat Serve highlights the importance of workforce training and development for long-term restaurant sustainability.

Gerald Tan of CGTN America recently visited Denver in search of sustainability trends in the Colorado restaurant industry. Tan interviewed Emily Biederman, COO of Secret Sauce Food & Beverage (which runs Steuben’s and Ace Eat Serve), and Mark Antonation, communication manager at the Colorado Restaurant Foundation (CRF), and discovered that fostering a healthy employee culture is a key aspect of long-term sustainability for restaurants.

CRF programs, including Colorado ProStart® and registered apprenticeship, make it easier for restaurants to hire and retain qualified employees for long-term growth.
