Important Requirement: U.S. Department of Labor Has Issued Revised Fair Labor Standards Act Posters

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has issued a new version of its Fair Labor Standards Act (FSLA) poster that operators are required to print and display in a location visible to employees.

The poster has been updated (as of April 2023) to reflect recent amendments regarding break time for nursing employees under the Providing Urgent Maternal Protections (PUMP) for Nursing Mothers Act. The DOL had initially indicated that the older version of the poster would be acceptable, but the department now mandates that all covered employers display the newly revised version.

While the DOL has not made printed versions of the revised posters available for order yet, you can download and print them here:

You can also find downloadable versions of the poster in color or black-and-white, and in large and small sizes on the DOL website.

If you have any questions about the revised posters, please contact the CRA Government Affairs team at info@corestaurant.org.
